To support our international growth we are looking for a

 

Telesales Officer (m/w)

 

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

The position holder is responsible for selling to new and referred to customers (i.e. customer-recommends-customer (CRC)) via the phone.

 

In this position, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Conducting outbound calls and close leads generated from the PBX, the CRC and other marketing programs
  • Promoting Mobisol system and appliances to new and referred to customers according to Mobisol technical and service standards encouraging quality sales without overselling
  • Initiating the sales process by filling out the customer qualification sheet via M-tawi
  • Engaging the customers at the right speed and quality to convert leads into sales
  • Maintaining the call log and ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Reporting sales to the Telesales Team Leader on a daily basis

 

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor Degree in sales or related field
  • Minimum one year experience in sales or a related field
  • Fluency in English and the local language
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Creative approach in lead creation and customer engagement
