Anderson Human Capital seeks to address the skills gap identified by organizations in their senior and operational Management teams. We have developed a suitable staff training programme to address the skills gap and better improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team Leaders. This will enable the Institution to stay on course towards realization of its strategic goals and the overall Mission.
A supervisor can be viewed as a vital connection between a company’s goals and its potential. Supervisor is generally in contact with all factions of a business — the workforce, the customer base, and the upper management. One day a person is ‘one of the team’ and the next day they can be a supervisor of the team as supervisors are usually promoted from within a team and they may be new to managing and overseeing the work of others. It takes personal confidence to become a successful supervisor. Building that level of personal confidence to perform this role effectively and get results through other people requires a new range of skills.
The overall aim of the proposed training is to get participants to appreciate the key roles and responsibilities as a supervisor. Understanding the daily challenges of this role will help them be effective supervisor and foster respect from their former immediate colleagues.
