Qualifications for the Administration Internship
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration or any other related field
- 1 year experience in a commercial environment
- Experience in handling corporate clients
- Fundraising and sponsorship is essential
- Excellent knowledge of Ms office suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and record management
- High levels of integrity and an eye for detail
- Golf administration experience will be an added advantage
Administration Internship Administration Responsibilities
- Handle all correspondence relating to the Golf Office
- Responsible for the office for the purpose of answering to members needs and telephone queries and to ensure that at least one member of Staff is in attendance at all times
- Assist in maintaining good relationship with the Professional’s shop and staff, to ensure timely and accurate information is provided regarding tee closures. Post Entries, Green Fee Rates, Caddy Fees and score card preparation
- Other duties as may be assigned
