RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

Due to our Growing Loans Portfolio, we are seeking to recruit a Relationship Officer who will work with us positively to grow further our existing client base.  The main region of operation is Nairobi. See below the duties and requirements for this opportunity:-

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contacting and updating our clients with regards to their loans requests and approval.
• Convert Inquiries into business and repeat business
• Working with the existing team on improving the quality of services offered.
• Ensure both Personal and organizations targets are reached.
• Make regular reports on performance to the immediate supervisor.
• He/she will also be expected to generate ideas to increase sales and Client base progressively.
• Work with existing team to ensure client confidentiality is maintained.

Minimum Academic & Professional Requirements:

• Advanced Business Diploma or Degree qualification in Relationship Management or Marketing.
• Working Experience of at least two years in an organization offering short term loans.
• Experience in strengthening customer relationships on phone.
• Basic Understanding in Loans and Credit Management
