Top Image Africa Limited, a leading Below the Line Advertising Agency based in Nairobi, Kenya is looking for a seasoned Office Manager for one of its offices in Nairobi. The Office Manager will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

 

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant Job

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management;
  • Minimum two years of office administration;
  • Shall be results oriented, motivated, resourceful and able to work independently;
  • Good Communication and People Management skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
