Responsibilities for the Pharmaceutical Technologist Job

  • Dispensing and compounding medicine
  • Verifying and maintaining information relating to drugs issued to patients
  • Ordering and recording of drugs and other supplies
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by Senior Officer

Qualifications for the Pharmaceutical Technologist Job

  • The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and competencies:
  • Must have a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized Institution
  • At least five (5) years relevant work experience
  • Valid registration with Pharmacy and Poisons Board
  • Cumulative Management training lasting not less than two (2) weeks
  • Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
