Factorhouse Ltd is a Credit Only short term finance company offering Quick, Same- Day Loans to Employed People. We are looking for Business Development Executives who will be tasked to grow our Loans Portfolio.

As the BDE, you are the front-line staff responsible for onboarding new clients to the business. You will drive business success by crafting compelling communication to convert leads generated by our marketing campaigns into our portifolio.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is recruitment on new Customers by converting Leads to Customers.
• Evaluation of Leads, Analysis and Due diligence
• Timely communication with potential customers
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting

Qualifications, Experience & Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business related field.
• At least 4 years’ experience in Microfinance, lending Institutions or SACCOs
• Proven background in Credit, loans or debt management organizations. 
• Experience dealing with high volume calling and hitting monthly targets
• Persuasive with strong communication skills
• Self –driven and demonstrate ability to work with minimum supervision
• Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.
• Outgoing and confident personality who is able to operate at all levels.
